SPI/FilmBox and waipu.tv Partner to Bring Seven Channels to Germany

SPI/FilmBox and waipu.tv have signed a new channel distribution deal that features seven exciting channels from SPI’s portfolio.

SPI International is thrilled to announce that seven channels from its diverse portfolio will be available to subscribers of the German IPTV platform waipu.tv. The channels that feature content spanning all genres including movies, documentaries, gaming, music and lifestyle will be offered to subscribers of the platform in the new Perfect Plus package.

SPI/FilmBox and Orion Launch Timeless Dizi Channel (TDC) in Russia

SPI/FilmBox and Orion Group announce the launch of SPI’s Timeless Dizi Channel (TDC) in Russia. As of November 16th 2020, subscribers to Telekarta satellite TV service can access the channel in the extended basic and premium packages.

SPI/FilmBox and its long-standing partner in the Russian market Orion Group, announce that they have partnered to bring one of SPI’s most sought-after channels Timeless Dizi Channel (TDC) to Russia. The channel that’s dedicated to “dizi”, a unique genre of series produced in Turkey, will be available to viewers in Russia in both the extended basic and premium packages of Telekarta satellite TV service starting on November 16th 2020.

SPI International’s 4K Entertainment Channel FunBox UHD Now Available on VIVACOM

SPI/FilmBox and VIVACOM announce that they have inked a channel distribution deal for SPI’s FunBox UHD. VIVACOM subscribers will be able to access the channel in the 4K ULTRA package starting Nov. 2nd.

SPI/FilmBox and Bulgarian telecommunications provider VIVACOM expand their partnership to include SPI’s visually-groundbreaking 4K entertainment and lifestyle channel: FunBox UHD. The channel features documentaries, music, sports, arts/culture and other lifestyle programming in incredible visual quality and will be available to VIVACOM subscribers in the 4K ULTRA package starting Nov. 2nd

Film1 Now Available on Amazon Prime Video Channels in the Netherlands

Film1’s on demand movies and three of its linear channels will be available on Amazon’s newly launched Prime Video Channels. Amazon Prime members in the Netherlands will be able to access the package as an add-on paid monthly subscription for EUR 5 per month instead of the regular EUR 9,99 until December 31st2020.

Film1’s selection of around 300 on demand movies, along with Film1 Premiere, Film1 Drama and Film1 Family will now be available on Amazon’s freshly launched Prime Video Channels service as an add-on package for Prime members in the Netherlands. Prime members will be able to access the Film1 package, which offers a curated selection of Hollywood blockbusters, popular movies and favorite evergreens, for just EUR 5 per month instead of the regular EUR 9,99 for the duration of a special offer that’s valid until December 31st 2020.

Prime members that subscribe to the Film1 package can enjoy a remarkable selection of movies at launch including: Bong Joon Ho’s 2020 Best Picture Academy Award winning Parasite; Amazing Grace, a critically acclaimed documentary that chronicles Aretha Franklin’s performance at the New Bethel Baptist Church in LA in 1972; Rian Johnson’s Academy Award nominated murder mystery Knives Out, starring Daniel Craig, Chris Evans and Jamie Lee Curtis; and the upcoming Fox News drama Bombshell, launching on November 21st 2020, starring Charlize Theron, Nicole Kidman and Margot Robbie.
