SPI International’s streaming service FilmBox+ continues its dynamic expansion in Europe. Building on its established presence in Poland, Hungary, and Romania, the service officially launched in Bulgaria and Serbia with A1. The next A1 market to welcome FilmBox+ will be North Macedonia, followed by Slovenia and Croatia in the coming months.
The launch is part of a broader agreement signed with A1 Group in June 2025, which encompasses the distribution of SPI’s TV channels and positions A1 as a key partner for product delivery. The collaboration ensures seamless integration and accessibility of FilmBox+ across the first two A1 markets last year, with further expansion in additional A1 markets, including North Macedonia in March and then Slovenia as well as Croatia. This strategic move marks another milestone in the development of SPI’s flagship digital product.
“Our partnership with A1 Group is a testament to SPI’s commitment to delivering premium entertainment experiences to global audiences. With FilmBox+, we offer a rich content library that resonates with diverse audiences. As our flagship digital product, FilmBox+ is designed to provide seamless access to high-quality content anytime, anywhere, ensuring an intuitive and engaging viewing experience.” - said Erwan Luherne, Managing Director at SPI International.
FilmBox+ is a streaming service full of entertainment with on-demand viewing. It complements SPI’s linear TV channels, including FilmBox and DIZI, among others, with a continually expanding library of Korean series and Turkish dramas, films, documentaries, and thematic content. The platform offers hundreds of titles curated for every mood, fully localized in local languages.
FilmBox+ ensures rich and engaging viewing experience for every audience segment, offering easy access, intuitive navigation and satisfactory content search results at an affordable price. The service supports up to five user profiles and simultaneous streaming on three devices. It also includes parental control features and is accessible via www.filmboxplus.com, mobile apps, and Smart TVs.
